Have we only one chance for the fullness of we?
What protection preserves it?
Will maintainment contain it?
When nothing can leak are all things conserved?
Is it ‘stay the course’ and ‘steady as she goes’ – alone?
It is no crime to venture,
to seek for and feel for the Sacred.
Indeed, unfelt, nothing Sacred is
and we know where we go for we feel,
when we are free to feel forward
contained not confined,
maintained not restrained,
preserved not prevented,
protected and not suppressed.
We know as we feel.
And, as the Sacred is, once found, never lost,
is, in its spending, never spent,
is, in its growing, never grown,
so too are we in need of worry and emotion,
in need of room to grow,
so too are we, the ‘we’ that we are, Sacred.
